Tour Description

A daily excursion by bus to Thessaloniki for Sightseeing and Shopping. First stop while entering the city the “City Walls”. Although twenty minutes are not enough in order for you to say I am done with it you will have the opportunity to take pictures and enjoy the view from the entire city from one of the spots with the most breathtaking view in Thessaloniki. The bus continues to the next stop which is “Agios Dimitrios” church one of the most famous churches in Thessaloniki since Agios Dimitrios is considered to be the protector of the City. Our guide will be with you until there. After that your free time in order to Explore and visit the monuments of Thessaloniki and end up shopping in Tsimiski or in Egnatia begins. Roman Ancient Market , Rotonda Church, Galerius Arch,Agia Sofia Church,Macedonia Museums and many more. The central market known as Kentriki Agora a covered food center, and all side streets surrounding it, is an experience that should not be missed. It is there that you will find the most remarkable exhibition of flowers, fruits vegetables, fish and meat. Original copper products will be found at the Chalkeon (coppersmith) area. Of course, along the way, there are ceramics, rugs and extraordinary handicrafts and so many others more .The best way to close your day at Thessaloniki after sightseeing and shopping would be by drinking coffee or having lunch in front of the sea enjoying the view of the White Tower before your way back to Sarti.
